Brown 3 pounds of 93% lean ground beef in a large skillet.
Add 1 chopped onion and a couple of minced garlic cloves; brown until cooked well.
Stir in 2 packages of Mrs. Dash Sloppy Joe mix with the meat.
Add 1 can of no salt added diced tomatoes, 1 can of no salt added tomato paste, and 1 can of no salt added tomato sauce.
Pour in some water to adjust consistency as needed.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of Kitchen Bouquet for flavor.
Transfer the mixture to a crock pot and let it simmer for the rest of the day.
