Hummus Bowl

1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove minced garlic
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
store-bought hummus
chopped fresh cucumbers
chopped fresh tomatoes
kalamata olives
feta cheese

Prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining 1 cup of Greek yogurt with grated cucumber that has been squeezed dry of excess liquid.

Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 clove of minced garlic, and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh mint to the Greek yogurt and cucumber mixture.

Stir the tzatziki sauce until well combined.

Spoon the store-bought hummus onto a plate and spread it around to create a little well in the middle.

Serve the homemade tzatziki sauce over the top of the hummus in the well.

Top the hummus and tzatziki with chopped fresh cucumbers, chopped fresh tomatoes, kalamata olives, and feta cheese.

Optionally, drizzle with olive oil, extra lemon juice, or sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs for added flavor.
