After chilling, cut the rolled pastry into slices.
Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
Bake in the preheated oven at 375°F for 15 minutes.
Once out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
