1 tbsp light soy sauce
some white pepper
oil for frying chicken
3-4 tbsp cooking oil
15 garlic cloves, chopped
10-12 bird's eye chilies, chopped
2-3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
4-5 tbsp water
salt, check before adding
1 tsp sugar
2-3 cups of basil leaves
