2 cups water
¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
1 cucumber (peeled and diced, about 1 cup)
1 red bell pepper (diced)
1 green bell pepper (diced)
½ teaspoon fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup corn (optional)
½ cup onion (finely diced, optional)
1 avocado (diced)
¼ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon minced garlic
