Apple Bundt Cake

Chop the green apples.

Combine 3.5 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a bowl.

In a stand mixer, add 3 eggs and 2 cups of granulated sugar, mixing until creamy.

Add 1.5 cups of vegetable oil to the egg and sugar mixture.

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, a third at a time, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the chopped apples and toasted walnuts.

Prepare a bundt pan by greasing it with butter and dusting with flour.

Pour the batter into the bundt pan.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 60 to 75 minutes.

To make the brown sugar glaze, melt 1 stick of butter, add 1/4 cup of whole milk and 1 cup of brown sugar, and bring to a boil.
