1

Break the chocolate into pieces and place it in a pot over heat. Once melted, remove the pot from heat and let the chocolate cool.

2

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. In a bowl with the yolks, add the margarine and powdered sugar. Beat with a mixer until the mixture is fluffy.

3

Add the cooled melted chocolate and mix until combined. Reserve half of the mixture in a pastry bag.

4

Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Add them to the bowl with the remaining half of the mixture.

5

Then add the ground walnuts and breadcrumbs. Mix again with the mixer until combined.

6

Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with paper. Place the pan in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius and remove from the oven.

7

Once cooled, remove the sponge cake from the pan and peel off the paper. Cut the edges of the sponge cake and slice it into cubes of two sizes.

8

On a serving plate, place three larger cubes. Fill the cubes with the reserved mixture from the pastry bag. Place another cube of the same size on top of each filled cube and fill again.

9

Insert a small cube of sponge cake into the filling and add a small ball of filling on top. Then place four small cubes of sponge cake on the plate and fill them.
