In a separate bowl, mix Miracle Whip, mayo, and half and half.
Season the dressing with 1T vinegar and Alpine touch seasoning.
Combine the dressing with the seasoned potatoes.
Slice the extra hard boiled egg and add it to the top of the salad.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
