Add chopped garlic to the oil and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Stir in Naranja Agria (or lemon and orange juice substitute), oregano, cumin, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the garlic sauce over the cooked yuca.
Garnish with sliced onion before serving.
