1 14 oz can of coconut cream or milk
1/2 jar of red fermented bean curd
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1-2 tablespoons chicken bouillon with 3 cups of water
1-2 tablespoons sugar
4 garlic cloves, minced
3-4 tablespoons of vinegar
1 can of club soda or beer
1/4 cup of crushed roasted peanuts (optional)
1 stalk lemongrass
1 slice of galangal
5 kaffir lime leaves
