Pour the hot fat free over the bread and beans, listening for the sound of the bread as a sign that the dish is ready.
Fry the eggs slightly in the pan, turn them over, and place them directly on top of the bread and beans dish.
Squeeze lemon over the dish and sprinkle with ground dry mint (tanj), then serve with onions.
