American Style Bread Pudding

In a large bowl, whip eggs and sugar.
Add milk, cream, raisins, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well.
Butter an oven dish.
Add dried bread.
Pour custard mixture over bread. Gently mix.
Place in a water bath, bake in a 180°C convectional oven for approximately 60 minutes.
