Mix together 3 whole eggs, 1 tsp salt, 3 tsp sugar, 12 g of instant yeast, 300 ml of water, and 300 ml of milk.

Add 450 g of all-purpose flour and mix well.

Let the mixture rest at room temperature for at least 2 hours.

Cut the vegetables into small pieces: 2 spring onions, 1 red pepper, 3 green peppers, 1 onion, some parsley, and 1 tomato.

Grate 1 potato and add it to the mixture along with 150 g of Tulum cheese.

Heat up some cooking oil in a pan.

Prepare the pancakes by brushing them with cooking oil, especially on the edges.

Use a spatula to move the pancake, but don't press down on it to keep them fluffy.
