white button mushrooms (150 grams, diced)
leek (double handful)
red onion (one big size, julienned)
big red chilis (two, diced)
all-purpose flour (2 cups)
Himalayan pink salt (to taste)
ground black pepper (2 tsp)
water (about a glass full)

Wash all vegetables before use.
