Cheesy Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, add the 28 ounce package of O'Brien potatoes.
Add 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of cream of chicken soup to the bowl.
Add 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish.
Place the casserole dish in the oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbly.
Remove from the oven after about 40 minutes.
