David's cheesy potatoes recipe

Grease the bottom of a baking pan with a whole stick of butter.

Layer in sliced potatoes in the baking pan.

Spread a layer of the 4 cheese mix over the potatoes.

Add a sprinkle of flour over the cheese layer.

Add a layer of seasoned breadcrumbs on top of the flour.

Sprinkle chopped rosemary over the breadcrumbs.

Drizzle heavy cream over the layer.

Season with salt and pepper on the layer.

Repeat the layering process until you have about four layers in total.

Bake in the oven at 400°F for about an hour.

Remove from the oven when bubbling and brown around the edges.

Let cool slightly before serving.
