How to Make Cheesy Potatoes w/ Power XL || Cooking w/ Mr. Belle

Preheat the Power XL to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 59 minutes.

Slice fried potatoes thinly and rinse them in water.

Cut 1/2 of a pole sausage into small pieces.

Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and mix them.

Add 2 cups of milk to the egg mixture and mix well.

Add 1 teaspoon each of black pepper, seasoned salt, and ranch seasoning to the mixture and stir.

Place the sliced potatoes into the Power XL.

Spread the cut sausage over the potatoes.

Sprinkle cheese over the mixture.

Pour the egg and milk mixture over the potatoes and sausage.

Cover and bake in the Power XL for 39 minutes, checking for doneness and grease.

Remove from the Power XL and let cool before serving.
