My family loves this cheesy potato recipe! It's so simple and delicious!

Cut off a thin layer from the bottom of the potato so that it won’t move on the cutting board.

Place the potato between a pair of chopsticks.

Cut parallel slits into the potato until the knife hits the chopsticks. The potato should still be in one piece afterward.

Melt 20g of butter.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add a pinch of dried parsley.

Add 2 cloves of diced garlic and mix well.

Brush the potatoes with the seasoned butter.

Wrap the potatoes with aluminum foil.

Bake at 400°F for 40 minutes.

While you wait, cut some bacon into small pieces.

Let the baked potatoes cool down, stuff bacon and mozzarella cheese between potato slices.

Bake at 400°F for another 15 minutes.
