Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a bowl add almond flour, semolina, and sugar. Mix well.

In a mixing bowl, add egg whites and whisk until they form soft peaks.

Gently fold the flour mixture into the egg whites.

Scoop 1 1/2 or 2 tablespoon size of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and smooth to form a circle with the back of the spoon.

Bake for 22 - 25 minutes until pale golden brown.

Let macaroons cool on the baking pan for 5 minutes.
