Add chopped garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Add salt, paprika, cumin, and chili powder; mix well.

Add beef broth, crushed tomatoes, tomato soup, tomato paste, black beans, and kidney beans; mix well.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add cooked and drained elbow macaroni to the mixture and fold in.
