Honey is a natural sweetener with a unique flavor.
Put warm water into a bowl.
Add fresh yeast and sugar, mix well.
Add 400 grams of bread baking flour and salt to the bowl, stir to combine.
Mix the dough in a mixer on first speed, then third speed for five minutes.
Add 30 grams of olive oil and 100 grams of baking flour, mix on third speed for another five minutes.
Spray the bowl with prep spray to loosen the dough.
Cover the bowl with cling film and let the dough rise for about one hour until doubled in size.
Split the dough into two pieces and shape into loose balls.
Let the balls rest for 10-15 minutes, covered.
Flatten the dough with hands or a rolling pin, shape it, and place on a tray lined with baking parchment.
Brush the tops with water and sprinkle with cornmeal.
Cover and let the loaves prove for 15-20 minutes.
Make a cut down the middle of each loaf with a sharp blade.
Bake in the oven at 220°C for 25-35 minutes.
