Wash the water spinach and chayote thoroughly.

Prepare ingredients: shallots, garlic, cayenne pepper, large red chili, shrimp paste, tomatoes, and brown sugar.

Boil the tempeh and tofu until cooked.

Saute shallots, garlic, cayenne pepper, large red chili, and tomatoes in a pan.

Add water spinach to the pan and stir-fry until wilted.

Season with salt, mushroom stock, and brown sugar to taste.

Serve with raw sambal and enjoy.
