Melt butter.
Sift cake flour and baking powder.
In a bowl, add sugar, salt, and vanilla beans, then mix.
Add whole eggs, honey, milk, and oil; mix until incorporated without whipping.
Add the sifted cake flour, mixing gently at first to avoid scattering, then gradually speed up until smooth.
Add the melted butter, ensuring it is warm to prevent hardening.
Check with a spatula to ensure everything is blended evenly.
Chill the batter in the fridge for at least one hour, ideally longer.
Prepare the pan by applying butter all over the surface and dusting with flour.
Chill the prepared pan in the fridge to harden the butter.
Pipe the batter into the molds, filling about 85% of the capacity.
Bake immediately after removing the pan from the fridge.
Check if done by touching the top; it should not be wet and should bounce back gently.
