Heat a pan on medium flame and add 2 tbsp of oil.

Add 1/2 cup chopped capsicum, 1/2 cup corn kernels, and 2 cups boiled kidney beans. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup tomato ketchup and mix well. The Mexican beans are ready.

Prepare salsa fresca by mixing 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 1 cup chopped onions, garlic powder, chili powder, pepper powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice and mix.

For sour cream, mix 1 cup thick curd, 1 tbsp lemon juice, a little salt, and 1/2 cup corn kernels in a bowl.

Assemble the burrito by taking a wheat flour roti and layering it with Mexican beans, grated processed cheese, salsa fresca, and sour cream. Roll it into a cylindrical shape and cut it in half.
