Season the duck breast with salt and pepper.

Add the baby pak choi and wild garlic to the pan and cook until tender.
Pour in the chicken stock and malt whisky, then add bay leaves and let simmer.
Juice the oranges and add the juice to the sauce mixture.
Flambé the duck with the whisky before serving.
