Introduce the recipe and ingredients: Chilean sea bass, garlic, capers, tomatoes, onions, basil, butter, lemons, white wine, flour, salt, and black pepper.
Dredge the sea bass in flour and season with salt and pepper.
Squeeze lemon juice on top of the sea bass.
Heat the skillet and cook one side of the sea bass until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
While the fish is cooking, add onions and tomatoes to the skillet.
Add garlic to the skillet as well.
Transfer the fish to a sizzler plate and place it in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes.
In the skillet, combine the cooked onions, tomatoes, and garlic, then add fresh basil and lemon juice.
Pour in white wine and season with salt and pepper, letting it simmer for 30-40 seconds to a minute.
Add cold butter to the sauce, incorporating it slowly to prevent breaking.
Finally, add a generous amount of capers to the sauce before plating the dish.
Plate the sea bass, ladling the sauce over the top.
