1/4 cup ketchup

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, combine 2 pounds of ground beef, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, celery salt, and mix well.

Sauté garlic, green peppers, and onions in a pan until softened, then add to the meat mixture.

Add 2 beaten eggs to the meat mixture and mix well.

Stir in 1/4 cup of diced fire roasted tomatoes.

Add 1/2 cup of milk to the mixture to keep it moist.

Incorporate Italian style bread crumbs into the mixture and mix thoroughly by hand.

Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking pan.

In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup of sweet honey barbecue sauce, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 cup of ketchup.

Pour the sauce mixture over the formed meatloaf in the baking pan.

Add a little beef broth to the bottom of the pan to keep the meatloaf moist during cooking.
