3 tbsp oil
1 dry lemon
1 large onion
2 green chilies
1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 large tomato, chopped
1 tsp paprika
0.5 tsp coriander leaves
0.5 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp Arabic spice
0.25 tsp turmeric powder
0.5 tsp pepper powder
1 chicken stock cube
2 tbsp tomato paste
500 gm chicken
1 potato
1 carrot
2 koosa
2 cups hot water
salt as needed

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan.

Add 1 dry lemon, 1 large onion, and 2 green chilies; sauté until the onions are translucent.

Add 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste and stir for a few seconds.

Add 1 large chopped tomato and sauté until the tomatoes are soft.

Add 1 tsp paprika, 0.5 tsp coriander leaves, 0.5 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp Arabic spice, 0.25 tsp turmeric powder, and 0.5 tsp pepper powder; mix well.

Add 1 chicken stock cube and 2 tbsp tomato paste; mix it well.

Add 500 gm chicken and cook covered for 5 minutes.

Add 1 potato, 1 carrot, and 2 koosa; mix it.

Add 2 cups hot water and salt as needed; cook until the chicken and vegetables are done.

Cook for 5 more minutes and stir in coriander leaves.
