Place bell peppers, hot long peppers, and tomatoes on a baking sheet.
Put the baking sheet in the broiler for a couple of minutes on each side until well charred.
Remove the charred vegetables and place them in a sealed ziplock or plastic bag to steam and cool.
Once cooled, peel off the skin, seeds, and stems from the peppers and tomatoes.
Put the peeled vegetables into a food processor and blend slightly, ensuring it’s not watery.
Add about half a teaspoon of coriander, salt, and a generous amount of olive oil to the mixture.
Mix well and transfer to a serving plate.
Decorate the salad with broiled eggs and tuna, adding more olive oil if desired.
