Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Slice ½ cup of cherry tomatoes thinly.
Grate 2 carrots.
Thinly slice 2 cloves of garlic.
Thinly slice 4 green onions.
Add 2 stalks of celery to the mixture.
Add ½ cup of parsley to the mixture.
Add 2 tablespoons each of fresh thyme and fresh sage to the mixture.
Bake the ingredients for about 1 hour, then remove the herbs as they would have dried.
Continue to bake the rest of the ingredients for about 4-5 hours until completely dried.
Once dried, add the ingredients to a food processor.
Add 1 cup of nutritional yeast to the food processor.
Add dried mushrooms to the food processor.
Add 1 tablespoon of sea salt to the food processor.
Blend until well combined and almost into a fine powder.
Store the mixture in an airtight container.
