400 gm Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup Hung Curd/ Thick Yogurt
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence

Use the ingredients at room temperature.

Grind the Oreo cookies and butter until a coarse mixture forms. Spread the mix in cake pan and put in freezer for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, add cream cheese, condensed milk and yogurt and whisk. Add vanilla extract and whisk well. Transfer the mix to cake pan.

Prepare a larger pan and fill with hot water and place cake pan carefully onto it. The water level should be halfway up the pan.

Place the large pan in a preheated oven (at 150 degree) and bake for 90 minutes (at 150 degrees). The cake will rise a little which is normal.

Once baked, take the cake out from water bath and place it in fridge for 3-4 hours.

Slice and serve cold.
