Cannelloni with Bolognese Sauce

Prepare the egg pasta rolls and set aside.
Chop celery, carrot, and onion for the filling.
Heat olive oil in a pan and add the chopped vegetables; cook until softened.
Add ground pork to the pan and cook until nearly done; season with salt.
Add tomato passato sauce to the meat mixture and cook for 15 minutes.
Prepare a glass oven dish by adding some of the sauce to the bottom.
Spread bechamel sauce on top of the sauce in the dish.
Fill the cannelloni with the meat mixture and place them in the dish.
Cover the filled cannelloni with the remaining meat sauce and sprinkle with bechamel sauce.
Grate mozzarella and grana padano cheese on top.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve on a plate with extra sauce and cheese.
