20 grams bell pepper
20 grams onions
20 grams carrot
1 tablespoon spring onions
30 grams oats
370 grams turkey keema

In a mixing bowl, add 3 egg white and whisk it well.

Now, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and whisk again.

Then, add 20 grams bell pepper, 20 grams onions, 20 grams carrot, 1 tablespoon spring onions and whisk it well.

Add 30 grams oats, 370 grams turkey keema and mix it well with the help of a spatula.

Add the prepared mixture in the greased muffin tray.

Preheat the oven for 350°F/180°C.

Bake for at least 25-30 minutes.

Remove it from oven.

Cool for 5-8 minutes at room temperature.
