Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup (110g) almond flour
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ cup (57g) unsalted butter softened to room temperature
¼ cup (50g) dark or light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup (80g) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt.

In another bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter and brown sugar until smooth.

Add vanilla to the butter and sugar mixture and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.

Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
