Combine macaroni with the cheese sauce and meat mixture; mix well to coat evenly.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish; sprinkle additional cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
