Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- 5Top each brie piece with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.

Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to smooth it out.
- 3Cut the pastry into squares or circles, about 4 inches in size, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until combined.
- 5Spoon a generous amount of the cheese mixture onto the center of each pastry square or circle, leaving a border around the edges.
- 6Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling slightly to create a border, and brush the edges with olive oil for a golden finish.
- 7Sprinkle fresh basil on top of the filling for added flavor.
- 8Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
- 9Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- 10Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
