10 sprigs parsley
1 onion, roughly chopped
2 stalks celery
2 sprigs cilantro
2 bell peppers
3 sprigs scallion
2 Bouillon cubes
1 teaspoon clove powder
5 sprigs thyme
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 heads garlic, peeled

Add 10 sprigs of parsley, 1 roughly chopped onion, 2 stalks of celery, 2 sprigs of cilantro, and a little lemon juice to the blender to help process.

Blend the mixture until it is chopped down a bit.

Add the remaining ingredients: scallions, bell peppers, garlic, clove powder, thyme, Bouillon cubes, and the rest of the lemon juice.

Blend again until the mixture has a consistency similar to applesauce.

Pour the mixture into a mason jar for storage.
