2 medium purple potatoes, peeled and diced
2 cans (6.5 oz each) chopped clams, drained
1/2 cup white wine
1 oz parmesan rinds
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup toasted garlicky breadcrumbs
