self-rising flour

All-purpose flour with baking powder can mimic self-rising flour.
Greek yogurt
🥗Healthier: plain yogurt
💰Cheaper: sour cream
Sour cream can provide similar moisture and tang.
Add 2 thin slices of steak into a freezer bag.
Pour in about 1 cup of yakatori marinade and some garlic herb seasoning into the bag.
Seal the bag and let the steak marinate until ready to use.
In a bowl, combine 1.5 cups of self-rising flour with 1 cup of cottage cheese.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix the flour and cottage cheese until combined, then knead the dough by folding it together.
Divide the sticky dough into three portions to form bagels.
Shape each portion into a ball and create a hole in the center to form a bagel.
Place the bagels onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Prepare an egg wash and gently brush it on the tops of the bagels without getting it on the sides.
Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of the bagels.
Bake the bagels in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes until cooked through.
In a preheated pan, add cooking oil and cook the marinated steak until well done, seasoning with buttery steakhouse seasoning.
Let the steak rest before slicing it for sandwiches.
After about 25 minutes, remove the bagels from the oven and let them cool for about 15 minutes before slicing.
Slice the bagels open with kitchen shears and add mayonnaise, cracked black pepper, sliced tomato, lettuce, and the cooked steak slices.
