Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (204ยฐC).

Prepare a 9x9 baking dish with non-stick spray.

Boil water for fettuccini pasta.

Add frozen onion, celery, and carrot mixture to boiling chicken broth and cook until very well done.

Break fettuccini in half before adding to boiling water.
