1 lb chicken breast
1 medium green chili pepper
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain white yogurt
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 cups lettuce, shredded
1 medium white onion, sliced
1 medium cucumber, sliced
1 medium tomato, sliced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
4 large flour tortillas
2 tablespoons butter

Cut chicken breast into small pieces.

Blend ginger and garlic together with some olive oil.

In a bowl, combine chicken, green chili pepper, mint, cilantro, blended ginger and garlic, black pepper, white pepper, salt, yogurt, garam masala, and juice of half a lemon.

Cover the mixture and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, blended garlic, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, and salt to make the sauce.

Cut lettuce, white onion, cucumber, tomato, and parsley for the filling.

Heat a pan and add olive oil.

Add the marinated chicken to the pan and fry on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.

Take a flour tortilla, add some cooked chicken, vegetables, and sauce, then roll it up.

In a pan with water, place the rolled tortilla and add butter to seal it.
