Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  2. 2In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onions and bell peppers until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3Add the crumbled breakfast sausage to the skillet and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
  4. 4Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
