1

Add flour, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl. Give it a little stir.

2

Add vegetable oil. Give it a little stir.

3

Add hot water. Stir until it comes together. Transfer on a clean surface. Knead for about 1 minute and form a ball. Let it rest for about 20 minutes.

4

Preheat the skillet or a non-stick pan on medium heat.

5

Cut the dough into 8 pieces. Make each piece into a small ball. Use a rolling pin and roll each ball as thin as you can. As soon as you have rolled out the piece, transfer it onto the preheated skillet. Cook each side for 1 minute. You’ll notice it will have a lot of puffed up air pockets on the surface. This is the effect that we are looking at. You may turn the other side when the air pockets stop inflating.

6

There you have a beautiful piece of tortilla wraps. You can transfer them on a clean cloth and cover them to keep warm. They are ready to serve. You may keep the tortilla wrap in freezer for up to 20 days.
