Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
In a bowl, combine 40 g sugar with the egg yolks and mix until well combined.
In another bowl, combine 600 ml milk with 40 g cornstarch and mix well.
Cover the mixture with cling film and let it cool.
In a separate bowl, beat 3 chicken eggs with 150 g sugar until fluffy.
Add 90 g flour, 40 g cocoa powder, and 5 g baking powder to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour the batter onto the lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (355 degrees Fahrenheit).
In a bowl, combine 200 g butter with 30 g powdered sugar and mix until creamy.
Melt 80 g dark chocolate and 80 g milk chocolate in the microwave and mix with the butter and sugar mixture.
Add 150 g peanuts to the chocolate mixture and stir until well combined.
Cool the mixture in the refrigerator.
