Welcome to the kitchen with Disha, today we are going to make Bolivian cuñape.
In a container, place the same amount of cassava starch as cheese.
Add a pinch of salt and some sugar to the container.
Add 1 egg and some butter to the mixture.
Pour in the previously grated cheese, using soft cheese.
Add milk in small doses while mixing.
Integrate all the ingredients with very clean hands until combined.
Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture.
Grease the tray where the cuñape will be placed, or use baking paper.
Shape the dough into balls as circular as possible and place them on the tray, leaving space between them.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 392°F).
Bake the cuñape in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until ready.
