Greek Vegan Ouzo Biscuits

Cultural Context

Originating from Greece, these ouzo biscuits are a delightful treat often enjoyed during festive occasions and family gatherings. Ouzo, a traditional anise-flavored liqueur, infuses the biscuits with a distinctive flavor that pairs beautifully with coffee or tea. In modern times, these vegan adaptations allow everyone to enjoy this classic without compromising dietary choices, making them popular far beyond Greece's borders.
