1 bag of brussels sprouts
4 Large Potatoes
1 Egg yolk
100g of flour
2 Cups of Basil leaves
2 TBSP of Pine nuts
2 Large cloves of Garlic
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of Olive Oil

Chop the woody end off the brussels sprouts.

Cut the brussels sprouts in half.

Start water boiling and add salt.
