Blue curaçao provides color and sweetness.

Start by measuring 3/4 ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juice and pour it into a large shaker tin.

Next, add 1/2 ounce of crème de violette to the shaker.

Then, add 1/2 ounce of maraschino liqueur.

Pour in 2 ounces of London dry gin (Sip Smith brand).

Fill the shaker tin with ice.

Shake the mixture for about 10 seconds.

Place a strainer on top of the shaker tin and pour the cocktail into a coupe glass.

For better presentation, double strain the cocktail to remove ice chips (optional).

Garnish with 1 luxardo cherry and a lemon twist.
