2.5 lbs Beef Top Sirloin Steak
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp ground oregano
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp canola oil
4 lbs pork spare ribs
2 tbsp adobo
1 sazon packet
3 tbsp worcersterchire
2 lbs drumsticks
2 lbs thighs
1 tbsp onion powder
3 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 bottle italian dressing

Marinate chicken in a mixture of lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, oregano, cumin, black pepper, and salt for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Prepare a grill for medium-high heat cooking.

Remove chicken from marinade and let excess liquid drip off.

Place chicken on the grill and cook for 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

In the last 10 minutes of cooking, add sliced onion and bell pepper to the grill.

Mix remaining marinade with sugar and hot sauce in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Brush the simmered marinade over the chicken during the last few minutes of grilling.

Remove chicken and vegetables from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
