1 large onion, chopped
300g - 9oz of red meat or chicken
1 ripe tomato
2 TBS tomato
3 large carrots, sliced
3 large potatoes or 6 baby potatoes
6 cloves of garlic
small piece of galangal
2 tsp paprika
2 bay leaves
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tablespoon ras el hanout
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper
salt & black pepper, to taste
parsley and coriander/cilantro
